i feel like im retarded....plz help?

okey,im playing the net 12 hours a day 7 days a week,im not evengoing outside,im not even goping to school.im 13 years old,why i dont go to school?because i think it sucks so much,i live in japan,but i use to live in the philippines,and i dont wanna stay here in the japan any longer anymore,peoples here are just so insane,they try there best even they reach there limits,for example i have to walk 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 mins a dayjust to reach the school,because teachers wont allow us student to use Bike,car,taxi or so whatever but only walking,theyre so wierd,everytime i go home im like so stressfull,school is really hard(i mean it)so yah i think i cant take this anymore.any suggestion plzi dont wanna be retardedsorry for bad englishenglish iz like my 4th languagei can speakenglish,tagalog,ilocano,visaya,japanese,espan ol,help plz T__T ------
