Default A few regional recipes from the Philippines, please.?

I've just been wonder what are a few recipes from the many regions of the Philippines. Such as from Bicol, Laguna, Visaya, Quezon, Baguio, Cebu, Ilocos, Batangas, Davao, Leyte, Zamboanga, Pampanga, etc... This is for a little project of mine and internet sources aren;t that helpful>_

Soysoy (famous in Iloilo City)Ing.:Pork (striped)Carrots and Baguio beans (stripped also)soy sauce, salt, sugaronions and garlicSautee pork in onion and garlic. Then boil it to soften the meat. Add carrots and baguio beans...Make the taste a little sweet...What's good with this recipe is that the smell of soysoy makes you crave for it ------

Adobo Chicken1 cup soy sauce2 cloves garlic2 tablespoons white vinegar¼ medium onion2 slices fresh ginger2 bay leaf8 half chicken breastdash salt and pepperRemove skin from chicken breasts and wash.Place in a panAdd 2 cloves,garlic and slices of ginger.add the onion, bay leaves, soy sauce, white vinegar, anddash of salt and pepperCook at 350 degree for 20 mntsreduce heat to 150 degreesand cook for another 20 mntsNotesCover and simmer forever. Before serving thicken sauce and serve over rice. This is a good one for a slow cooker. The longer simmered the more tender the meat. ------
