Default How much is a complete School Budget for Primary School in the Philippines?

This includes, 3x meal, snacks, uniforms, transportation fees, books, school supplies, in public and private schools. pls specify the information -- city or province (luzon, Visaya, or Mindanao). thankssounds like a big question... please only provide specific grade level-budget for 1 year round, if that's make it easier to answer...i appreciate it! ------

This is my anwer to a similar post. I hope that it helps. It depends on the levle and the school..If it's in the elementary and highschool levels in regular schools, $1000 a month will give you a convenient life but you can live off with just 400 dollars and still be okay with few luxiries. If you go to an international school like Brent International School or International School in Manila then you would spend at least $17,000 a year in tuition fees for highschool, $14,000 a year for middle school, or about $6,000 to $10,000 a year for elementary levels for tuition fees and school fees. Living expenses should at least be $500 per child. For college students, about $1,000 per month will suffice including tuition fees. The tution is not that much compared to US schools but it also depends on what school and how many semesters per year. I would pay my tution full for the whole semester right away so I won't have to deal with it until the next one. If you are in a budget, having $300 - $400 dollars a month will also suffice as long as your tuition is already paid in full. Just select a residence that is not too ;lavish but is still descent. Rent in Makati and Paranaque for a 1 bedroom apartment will run about 7 to 10 thousand pesos a month. You can live a little farther so it will be cheaper. You will have enough to party and to go everywhere as long as you just don't give away your money like water and spend it on things that you don't need.. $300 to $400 a month at the least should be plenty as long as you know how to budget. If you are going for your Master's degree.. The tuition would be higher but the same budget above can suffice. I would at least aim of having $500 to $600 dollars especially if you want to date a few people and party hard..,Just remember not to let money control your life. Just do it. Your aim is not only to enjoy life but also to improve yourself by taking education...Just have something that you can fall back on when times get tough.. Don't let money hinder you but just be wise about it...Take care and good luck... ------
