Naturalized US Citizen need visa to go to the Philippines?
My friend, who was a Filipina but now a US Citizen, thinks she needs a visa to visit the Philippines because she is staying for 22 days there? She is a little bit confused because she had heard of a rule that Filipinos that become naturalized US Citizens are exempt from this visa rule. Any body know the answer here or any sites that can help with this? Thanks! ------
