what are the legalities of setting up a wifi hotspot in the philippines, do i have to get a permit or something?starbucks gives extra service by selling wifi card connections, if i do that also but my real business is internet shop what kind of legalities do i have to do? ------

I would assume if you had reasonable security precautions and you are using a business internet connection, that you should be able to set up a hot spot with no problems. ------
