Why don't you ask the Philippine Immigration in your country? ------

You need to go to the Philippine Embassy and register your marrage and birth of your baby. Your baby should be eligable for dual citizenship and your husband can apply for a 13a spousal visa.I doubt you'll have enough time to do anything except register with the Embassy and get the list of requirments for dual citizenship and the 13a visa. Then you can process your paperwork either in Manilla or Cebu B.I. office. But you do need to register asap and find out what to do about your baby's citizenship or visa.As a returning Philippine Citizen your husband can avail of the Balikbuyan visa program provided you accompany him into the country and bring your marrige certificate. That gives you one year to apply for his 13a visa. ------

go to the Philippine embassy and inquire about your plan, bring your authenticated marriage certificate and birth certificate of your child, ask for the most appropriate visa for your family, as a tourist you can stay for at most is one year but you need to renew your visa regularly. ------
