It depends to your point of origin. There are country that does not need to have visa in coming here. For the lenght of your designated days to stay, you have to inquire it in Philippine Consulate Office near you for more details.Hope I have help you. ------

The return date does need to be within the 21 days on your plane ticket. I had the same problem one time and I ended up having to buy a new ticket just to get into the country. The best thing to do is to buy a ticket within the 21 days and then extend your ticket if you need to. ------

This might be interest to you...chaeck the link belowhttp://www.boi.gov.ph/pls/portal/docs/PAGE/BOIINDEXPAGE/SIRV/SIRVRULESANDREGULATIONSTAB/FREQUENTLY%20ASKED%20QUESTIONS.PDFas I read the above link, and to my understanding, if you are a business person investing in the Philippinces, and complies to the Phil Gov Law.. you can be issued an indefinite visa to Philippinesas per just doing business in the Philippines and visiting, you can also have the visa issues easier for you. You can apply to nearest Phil Consulate or check this linkhttp://www.boi.gov.ph/if you are just visiting, and will enjoy Philippines for more than 21 days, better to secure your visa before 21 days. This can be done much easier from your nearest Phil Consulate than spending time in line getting this in the Philippine Office in Manila.spend your time wisely while in the beautiful Philippines! ------

Default visa extension

hey,

when your visa is 21 days and you want to stay longer - just talk to the Hotel Mgmt - they usually extend the Visa at the local Govt Office for you. I did it twice. Or you can go there yourself.

But don't wear short pants - Govt officer doesn't let you in with Bermuda shorts..... as it happend to me - then I gave my passport ot Hotel - cost a bit more but I had not the hassle t go to City again (Cebu).

Reagrds,

GeorgeT
