He's much better off filing for a 13a spousal visa. You can get the requirements from the local BI Office. It is possible to pay a P20-30 thousand fee to a travel agency to handle the processing in Manilla or go in person with him. ------

Here is the what you'll need for Processing a 13a Visa and costs:First thing is to gather the documents needed:General Application form, filling fee 1,500 pesosRequest for Certification (for BI Clearance) cost 1000 pesosPassport Pictures 20 pesos eachOpen a bank account with both names of husband and wifeNBI clearance cost 200 pesosNSO marriage certificate cost 125 pesosNSO birth certificate for spouse cost 125 pesosLetter request from spouseJoint Affidavit of Legal Capacity to Contract MarriageJoint Affidavit of Financial Capacity and SupportLegal Capacity to contract marriageDivorce PapersMedical cost 420 pesosQuarantine cost 250 pesosNow after collecting all the documents off to the BI and pay the 2,500 for the General application and BI clearance and then meet with a BI attorney which will go over all your paper work to insure you have all needed documents, MAKE sure you have ALL originals with you at this time for they can verify the copy as a copy of the original. OK, this is where you just have to wait until your get your notice to appear then you bring 10,500 pesos in to complete your 13a visa which will only be a probationary 1 year. You can download all the forms and sample letters on my Yahoo Group site, just join and then go to the group files and open Visa"Philippines"and then open 13a. ------

If you are talking about a foreigner staying here then just take him to Immigration and get a visa. If you are talking about him getting dual citizenship years and money.Your question is unclear.Try livinginthephililpines.com ------
