Is it a good idea to go to Puerto Galera (White Beach) this October??

My bestfriend and i plan to go to White Beach this October for my birthday.. With regards to the weather, transpo, accomodations and activities there, would going to PG in October be ok?? Thanks.. ------

weather could be great or could be worse, no one can really know for sure. but if you're planning to go during Halloween time then there should be a crowd in white beach. rates and accommodations would be a bit higher and i am sure there will be plenty of night activities. ------
