Travelling to Puerto Galera?

Can someone tell me what the quickest way to travel is from Manila to Puerto Galera? I do not get to Manila until 10am, so am unale to catch any of those early morning buses that leave at 7.30am. I am willing to spend a little more to make the trip quicker and easier (but do not want private flight) ------
