What should I send to someone in the Philippines from the US?

I'm writing a letter to one of my cousins in the Philippines and I wanted to attach something special to it....(I live in the US). Nothing too too big--just something I can easily put in a regular-sized envelope. Does anyone have any ideas for some type of small souvenir from the US that some one in the Philippines would enjoy? Any time of special thing available only in the states? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ------
