Have any Filipinos ever seen the Northern Palawan Tree Squirrel?

If so, what do you call that type of squirrel? Is there a certain name that Filipinos call it?The Tarsier is a whole nother species. I am talking about an actual squirrel that is supposedly endangered. ------
