should i just go to palawan instead of boracay?

im in the uk right now, and i want to go back to the phils for a holiday with my sister and her friends, we planned to go to boracay since its summer here and my sister an her friends get summer vacation only on july to september.. yes i know its different from philippines.. well anyway.. its the onyl time we can go and im having a srting feeling especially nung nakatira pa ko sa pinas that rain will come but we REALLY want to go to the beach, so which is better to go to?but will it be rainy? im trying to sort out my decision based on the weather? which is more likely to rain? ------
