you can go by schip, schairflane or schieepney....and yeah, you can go with the schip to palawan if and only if you are a passenger of that same schip.by the way, what is a schip? an ultra modern spaceship?==========i plead temporary insanity on my reply to this query. yes, you can go to palawan via ship from cebu but it will take almost a day. there's superferry for you. make sure the tides aren't high when you sail so you'll be safe.have a safe trip. ------
