If you are just going to Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan and not el nido. then Cebu Pacific has a trip cebu to puerto prinsesa. Its not everyday though, so check the webpage of cebu pacific for schedule.As for the places to go in Palawan, you should go to the Sabang where the underwater cave can be found, also go island hopping. Palawan is a nice place if you like nature. ------
