Default How much is farmland in Mindanao?

Just wondering how much farmland is in the south cotabato area? please tell me by square meter or by hectare, whichever is easiestI know its alot more than that....my father-in-law got a loan off 5 hectares for almost 200,000 pesos some 15+ years ago so i know its alot more than that. ------

Ewwww! scary place.But probably you can get P50,000 for 5 hectares. It depends on the owner if he they desperately needs money. Mostly people from the provinces who owns a farmland they really need money and to get a money they will sell there farmland.Hey! I am talking about the rice field.. ------

it would really depend on the location and the type of crop planted.as far as i know if it is planted with rice or corn, the valuation would be around P150,000.00 per hectare. ------

.......it depends on the market value per sq. meter per location.....since you mentioned south cotabato, the market value is not the same in the cities or in Manila.....one hectare is 10,000 sq.m. so I'll just give a rough estimate per sq.m. 50-60 pesos per sq.m ------

that depends...farmlands planted with mangoes and coconuts can cost a million for 5 ha.ricefields and cornfields have different rates but ricefields are higher... ------
