What are the best condos for foreigners to rent within Manila?

Their are many condos in Manila but their are some areas ofthe city that are very poor and may not be safe for foreigners. ------

the safe areas for foreigners are ortigas and makati. but makati is a bit crowded so i suggest ortigas. it's very close to almost anywhere- malls,restaurants, inlcuding schools and churches but i doubt if you need those.transportation is not a problem. getting a taxi is easy.try malayan plaza, cutyland megaplaza,parc chateau all in ortigas.just located at the back of robinson's ortigas and megamall. ------
