Where can go diving for whale sharks in Donsol, Philippines?

Do they offer the chance to go diving, instead of snorkling, with whale sharks for certified divers in Donsol in the Philippines? If so, does anyone know of any dive shops that does it?Also, are there whale sharks in the area in August? ------
