Where is a good place in the Philippines to see whale sharks?

My vacation is from August 1 - 25 and I want to go diving to see whale sharks. Does anyone know of a good spot, if any, to see them? ------

Gingoog Harbor in Northern Mindanao is known for having more whale sharks than any other place in the world. These sharks have a tendency to get into the Fisherman's cages (yes they also use cages) and reek havoc. Cagayan De Oro would be you best port to find a guide. ------
