is it true that clothes in Davao are more expensive than back in Manila?

Because I notice the difference back when I was in Bulacan when I was about to leave for the US. I lived for the most part in Davao and the Branded shirt I saw in Penshoppe was around P680 and in Bulacan it was only P360.Well, I'm talking about ALL branded local clothing.Not just Penshoppe. ------

I don't think it is true, when it is a branded brand such as bench, penshoppe etc; the price is the same in any branch regardless of location. ------
