Yes, on Philippine Air I found flights from Manila to Cebu non-stop. Unfortunately there was no non-stop from Cebu to Manila. From Cebu, the flights went to Davao in Mindanao and then to Manila. Well Davao is way to the south and turns a 1-1/2 hour trip in to about 7 hours.I used www.expedia.comA local person in the Philippines might be able to make better flying arrangements. ------
