Default Is it possible to pay for extra baggage on Cebu Pacific to Taipei?

My flight from Taipei to the USA allows me much more baggage than what Cebu Pacific is allowing. Does anyone know the cost and availability of taking extra baggage on Cebu Pacific from Manila to Taipei? ------

I don't have experience with those specific loactions. What I've found out is that if my first flight allows more than my connecting flights and I don't reclaim my luggage in between, they don't charge you. So pack according to your first flight. That's my suggestion. ------

Yes, you can pay.. they post this limits so they have an excuse to charge you for your extras... The cost I'm not sure it varies. ------

I payed extra baggage fee. I'm pretty sure anything over 20 kgs, is overweight. If not flight can't make the flight your own, it will go on the next flight. ------
