Where can I buy a live turtle in Cebu City?

This is for our project in Zoology. Do you know a place in Cebu City where I can buy a turtle that is around 4-5 inches long?I tried Mascot Pets in SM but the biggest turtle they have is around 3 inches (which is still a bit small). I would want to try the Carbon Market but I don't know exactly where it is. ------

In the Philipines? Located at the end of the Cebu railway line (yes, there used to be a railway) in the'DownTown'area. Any taxi driver could find it. Any hotel manager could point it out. ------

Any city with a population of over 700,000 has to have many pet shops that can furnish you with a turtle. Check in the phone book and call around until you find one that has what you want. We have a pet store and my town is only 30,000. ------
