where is cagayan de oro? and is it safe?

Cagayan de oro City is a safe place to be. It's a peaceful environment and has friendly & hospitable people... It is located in Northern part of Mindanao. You can go to Manila then ride on a plane going to CDO. You can tour around CDO & its nearby cities. You may also want to experience great River Rafting. =)
