Igwa man mga iba naka suway pa.kadtong yaon pa ako jan, napurbaran ko na magtanum kaya, an gagayon kan burak, about 6 ft tall and the flowers as big as 6"diameter, needs a lot of sunshine though. You can plant the seeds directly but spray small amount of"malathion"on the soil as ants or rodents love to devour it.pag igwa ngani akong bagong kabistuhan, ang simbag, a, duman ka naka istar sa kadakol na sunflower? ------

Holland tulips always has sunflowers...but these are the imported sunflowers though and they are quite pricey. I have seen lots of sunflowers in Tagaytay...they are a bit small but definitely cheaper. If you are using the flowers as a research experiment then maybe you should contact your local florists and see how you can get a hold of sunflowers...maybe they can supply you with the flowers for a lower rate.Good luck with your school project. ------
