Go to Divisoria for really good buys, but make sure you watch your belongings, there are a lot of snatchers there.SM Department stores sells quality clothing at reasonable prices, but I recommend going to Divisoria instead.If you find a 100 peso blouse at SM, you would probably find the same blouse in Divisoria for 50 pesos. The prices there are really really really low and some even re-sell the goods that they buy from there.Items from Greenhills are a little expensive, but you can bargain for a good price. ------
