Your fiance needs the legal capacity to marrige from the embassy. You need 1. Birth Certificate 2. Baranguay clearance3. NBI . There is also a 10 day mandatory waiting period for the marrige to be valid and the marrige certificate is good for 6 months from date of issue. You'll also need to register your marrige licence with both the US and Philippine Embassys if you ever plan on leaving the country to apply for US Citizenship. ------
