do i also need to apply for legal capacity to marriage contract?
me and my fiance (american) planning to get married here in the philippines.. anyway my question is this..do i also need to get / apply for my legal capacity to contract marriage in the city hall to apply our marriage license? or just him from the us emabassy in manila?legal capacity to marriage and singleness certificate is same.. right? just that, thats how they call it in phils.. i think. ------
