Spanky is quite right, actually. There are many freight companies in Thailand, including UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. You can engage their service to send your package to Manila. There is no dedicated balikbayan company in Thailand as the Filipino presence is not that strong. Even in Isaan, you can still find a company in a nearby province, especially in Korat. ------
